Individual & Couples Counseling

Gabe Jenkins, MA LPC

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Gabe Jenkins—a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado Springs. Whether you’re looking for in-person sessions in the Pikes Peak region or virtual support from anywhere in Colorado, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Life can be beautiful, but let’s be honest—it can also be incredibly hard. Relationships get messy, emotions get tangled, and sometimes it feels like we’ve lost sight of who we really are. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, you’re not alone.

My commitment is to engage you and your story with curiosity, kindness, and honesty. I am passionate about this work because I’ve seen too many people heal and genuinely change to be convinced that it’s not possible. You don’t have to remain stuck. Healing, freedom, and life to the full is available—for you.

It’s not always easy. But it is possible. And most of all, it’s worth it. You’re worth it.

Individual Counseling

I work with men and women navigating a broad spectrum of challenges, including unwanted sexual behaviors (such as pornography use or infidelity), anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, anger, perfectionism, OCD, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, and spiritual struggles to name a few.

My approach is integrative and very personalized. I’ve done a deep dive into multiple modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), among others. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I want to understand the context of your life and situation. I want to see you well. Then, together, we’ll work to uncover the underlying patterns and root causes that keep you stuck, so you can experience healing and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and wholeness.

Couples Counseling

It’s common for couples to find themselves feeling stuck—and it can be wildly frustrating and disheartening.

Maybe you’ve noticed a familiar pattern in your interactions, the same “dance” playing out again and again. You might find yourself thinking, “Here we go again.”

My passion is walking alongside couples as they begin to recognize and break free from these patterns. Together, we’ll work toward building healthier ways of relating—ones that foster meaningful communication, deeper connection, and renewed intimacy.

I offer different approaches based on the needs of the couple, but I draw heavily from Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as the Gottman Institute.

I also have vast experience supporting couples as they navigate the complex journey of healing from betrayal and infidelity, offering a compassionate and structured path forward.
