I’ve spent the last 17+ years counseling men, women, and couples in a variety of settings. As a men’s pastor at a local church, as a counselor in a women’s medical clinic, and as a licensed counselor in private practice.

I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I work with men, women, and couples and have extensive experience in each area. Areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, unwanted sexual behavior (pornography use, etc.), anger, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and the overall process of learning to identify, regulate, and express emotions in a healthy manner.

I am a proud husband to Ashley and father to Avery, Sophie, and Owen. We can often be found chasing each other down ski runs in the majestic Rockies, walking the trails near our home, or eating at our favorite restaurant: Chipotle.

Prior to counseling, I was a college athlete, country music morning show host, and high school football and wrestling coach. I still love sports and enjoy country music in small doses, but my college sports physique is long gone.

Lastly, faith is such an important part of my life. I love the Lord and am passionate about being a part of what he’s doing—namely binding up the broken hearted and bringing restoration and freedom to others. (Isaiah 61)
